We want you to be confident in your purchase. The following terms apply to refunds for Business360 subscriptions.

Subscription Refunds

Customers may request refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • Renewed subscriptions
  • Customized services
  • Enterprise implementation fees
  • Add-on services

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through the account dashboard.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
